In the official announcement, the Mexican pop band RBD announced its end. After four years of existence, several successes in radios and millions of copies sold, the group says it will do a world tour of farewell.
Overall, the RBD want to do 25 concerts to end the career. The next concerts of RBD are scheduled for Madrid, Santiago de Compostela and Barcelona. Later this year the group is also in Serbia, Slovenia, Romania, Venezuela, Argentina, Peru, Brazil, Los Angeles and Mexico.

To all our fans and media around the world:
We performed together a dream I never imagined we could achieve, sing, weep and laugh with our songs around the world in front of millions.
We left a mark that no one can erase the lives of millions of people ... Our dear fans!
You marked our lives in a way unmatched, we will take you forever in our hearts.
Every project needs a major transformation to transcend and, today, we are starting that process.
Communicate to our next show, on 21, 23 and 25 in Madrid, Santiago de Compostela and Barcelona, mark the beginning of that final step.
For now, the next shows are confirmed Serbia, Slovenia, Romania, Venezuela, Argentina, Peru, Brazil, a very special presentation in Los Angeles and, of course, in our beloved Mexico.
We hope to be able to meet in each of these shows and feel the magic that came in during those four years.

Despite the official announcement of the end of RBD, the group intends to launch a film and produce a last album in the studio. Production is to leave in October of next year and definitive end of the band should only occur even in 2009.
